Rapid temp rise (>10 degrees in 3 hours) this aft as we rode from Log Cabin towards Bennett. Boot top powder makes for great sledding. Most noteable observation was increase in winds at ridgetop with switch from N to S-SW. No new natural avalanche noted along road or backside of Log Cabin mountain but ridge top was often obscured by spindrift.

Snow conditions were: Deep powder. Weather conditions were: Cold. We rode: Mellow slopes. Riding quality was amazing.

Temps colder than forecast in morning, but started warming by the time we left on snowmobiled at log cabin parking lot around noon it was -20C then 3 hours later it was -10C. Treebombs started to drop and small sluffs on south aspects along trail between Bennett and Log Cabin. Mod winds SW increased thru day as seen in spindrift at ridgetop. Light winds switched from N to S at valley bottom thru day with warming. Very Light snow thru day with light cloud /mist and a bit of sun.
