Hidden bowl area

Quite day out at hidden bowl area. Only seeing two other people all day. Hidden bowl had a recent size 1/2 avy which was likely from cornice collapse on the new storm slab. ( see photo) we did not venture far in the bowl but had excellent snow. Then skied the Xmas trees to the north to the hwy and found 20-40 cm of new snow. Excellent. Cracking and whumps found at Treeline. Certainly heads up hockey. Was pounding snow when we left.
