Mt Taylor

Summited Mt Taylor via Joffrey Lakes and the South ridge. The day started clear with blue skys at 8:00 but by 13:00 clouds down to 2000m had rolled in depositing <1cm/he From 1200m to 2300m there was a firm crust below new, unconsolidated snow. 5cm at 1600m 15+cm on W through E slopes. Southerly aspects were stripped down to ryme and firm bootable crust. Temps at 2318m we're -8 at 13:23
