Gargoyles

Long walk out to the Gargoyles. Very wintery up there! 5cm fresh snow down to 1400m. on crust. Mostly cloudy today with high cloud ceiling. Snow still on trees even by the end of the day. Cold and windy at the top of the Gargoyles. Small natural size one on the south face of columnar (see photo) otherwise everything very stable. Ran out of time/energy to ski Gargoyle north face but I bet it would ski very well. Skin track is set. Ski out fast.
