Observed several older avalanches that we have not documented, most likely from late February, with a few that may have failed more recently. A good look at the large avalanches from the late February (around Feb 18-20) avalanche cycle clearly showed several of the avalanche paths of Raspberry Ridge came within a few hundred feet of putting debris on the quarry road. Also, a shed cycle began today with many Loose Wet avalanches on steep slopes facing the south half of the compass. None of the Loose Wets I observed were larger than D1.
