Today we climbed and skied off Video peak. 30-50 cms of low density trail breaking from valley bottom to peak. At about 2300m the storm snow became mildly reactive down 20cms, shooting cracks and a predictable size 1 easily triggered. It wasn’t much of a concern as it was quite low density. Great skiing even in the flat light. Surprisingly easy exit out the hospital gullies. And to the car. BTL still has lots of buried hazards, so cautious riding recommend.
