Ten Mile Pond, Lower Valley

Our first trip into 10 Mile this season. A lower than usual snowpack, but snowmobile travel was good. Lots of stumps and rocks, but enjoyable none the less. Around 75cms of snow on the ground in the lower valley. Above treeline, the north and south facing valley walls looked very wind stripped, leaving very lean looking ski conditions. No signs of recent avalanche activity, and good stability in the areas we poked around.
