Multiple hand sheers showed moderate to hard sudden planar results down ~30cm on a 1-2cm crust which is assumed to be a December rain crusts. 10-15cm of new snow from the weekend overlay 10-15cm of consolidated snow (2-3 finger density) below this is a 1-2cm crust. Below the crust is facets to the ground.
