Noted this large connected avalanche that happened during the last storm. It was on average 50-60cm deep failing on 2-3mm facets. This weak layer is very well preserved and connected. This combined with a slab possessing a lot of water weight and cohesiveness is leading to big avalanches. We noted multiple other avalanches similar to this. This was just the biggest.
