Manning Park Avalanche (near Snowcamp Mtn)

Snowshoed up a steep slope coming out of the trees. In retrospect given the terrain and current conditions the slope should have been avoided. Fortunately both snowshoers were able to walk away from it albeit one with a fractured rib from impact with a tree.
