We observed evidence of a fairly substantial sluff on the northeast face of Ben Lomond on 27 December 2019, likely triggered by a snowboarder. One of the attached photos shows an overall view, the other shows the approximate descent track (red) and the sluff (green). There was no evidence of anyone being caught or carried. I believe there was no deeper movement based on what I observed on similar aspects several hundred feet lower, and, of course, the UAC’s reports.
