- <p>I found good coverage, challenging skiing, and ECTPs on both E and W facing slopes >8000' in the Emigration Canyon Area. Thick plastic slab layer with K-hard rain crust(s) capping a moist, weak basal layer of faceted snow. Avalanches failing on this PWL are possible on isolated slopes >30°</p>
