Quick report
Hiked and dug a snowpit east of Lake Barrett N-NE aspect. Found 3mm depth hoar. ECTN 25 @ 75cm. PST 45/ 100 END. We traveled through terrain <30 degrees and found some stubborn wind slabs on leeward side of terrain features. No signs of surface instability but there is still a persistent weak layer deep in the snowpack that was reactive to tests.
