Facet layer underneath the wind slab exists but is strengthening. Could not get anything to react or propagate in this ECT. After 30 taps from wrist, elbow, and shoulder, some really hard whacks were given to see if anything would react at all, and it still took 7 for the snow to react at all, at which time the wind slab failed on the facets about 50cm below the surface.
