Hatch benchmark, North face below the weather station

There’s about 14-16 inches of powder along north aspects high up. Below that several inches on hard packed ice. During tests I observed fracturing about half way through the powder. Powder bonded well to the ice from what I could tell. Cracks less than 3 feet observed on the ski track up. Corine starting along the top of the ridge. Overall snowpack felt safe and fun.
