Quick report
Today was a beautiful day to be in the mountains, cold settled powder exists on most aspects and elevations. Coverage at the lower end of elevation is still needing some coverage to be confidence inspiring, but you can get around.
We noted some old wind slab avalanches on steep east facing slopes from the last storm. Most were small with some being medium size. We did not observe any that broke into buried weak layers in the areas we travelled.

Beautiful, calm cold morning. It was -1F at the trailhead but warmed throught the day. We did not expirience any wind.
Snowpack
In places that have a relatively deep snowpack, 5+ feet, the snowpack is trending stable and right side up, with strengthing happening in a lot of the old weak areas.
We dug at mid and upper elevation easterly slopes and found a generally stable snowpack. We did note a layer of buried surface hoar which we got propagation on, I don't think this problem is widespread.
The areas we traveled in had a deeper snowpack, but there are many areas that are shallower and still harbord weak snow. These areas are still suspect and will need more time to stabilize.
