Observation: Upper Collins area

Minor sluffing noted in the new snow. No other avalanche concern noted.

6" by 1pm.  Medium density snow led by small grained graupel from the outset.  Thin -2"- hard wind crusts (rather than 'slab') sit above the recrystallized snow (not that weak) and below the storm snow.  See profile below.
