Quick report

Cracking
isolated

Traveled on most aspects today between 5500’ and 6600’. The new storm snow was 8-12” deep on top of a rain crust. It all felt right side up and didn’t find any cohesive slabs. The very isolated cracking we found was in cross loaded terrain around 6000’ on an E and SW aspect where the wind had obviously moved some snow around. Cracks were only around the skis and no more than a couple feet out on thin 2-3” wind stiffened snow.
