Skied of the east shoulder of Blackmore today. Lots of wind transport and variable snow conditions (still fun turns though!). Appeared to be a skier triggered slide from earlier in the day at the rocks lower in the center of the east face so we did our best to stay away from wind slabs. We were able to get some wind pockets to crack but they were not moving in lower angle terrain.

Probable skier triggered avalanche on the east face of Blackmore. As we skinned up we were passed by a solo skier who made a passing reference to triggering a small wind slab. By the time we got up there, wind had already nearly filled other ski tracks but a lone ski track was still visible through the middle of the east face, exiting the rocky area lookers left of the two debris piles. It's possible that this occured yesterday but the wind was moving a fair amount of snow and tracks were filling quickly.
