- We dug a snowpit at 6900' on a southwest aspect : HS: 150cm Notable layers 80 cm and 65cm down - both facet crust combo - 1mm facet g No propagating results, however shovel shear pulled out planar fractures across both layers General snowpack structure is right side up At 7400' fresh cornices were easily cut with moderate force resulting in multiple generation collapse
