Snowpack

Rough going.  The photos tell the story.   Patches of old snow leftover from last winter with wind hammered and faceted snow left over from the past two months.

The weather story from mid-mountain 7500' at Sundance - thanks to UDOT Provo canyon for the company and wx history:

September 23/24th storm - 5"/0.69" with monthly water totals of 2.73"

October water numbers - 1.66"

November - 4.5" snow/0.50" water

Overall finding "patches" of snow above 9500' on northerly aspects up to 12" deep where semi-protected.  This wildly variable due to extensive wind damage.  See photos below of representative snow structure.  Generally, SE-S-W holds no snow whatsoever.
