First skier triggered multiple D.5-D1 storm slabs on steep north facing terrain. Depth ranged from 10-15cm, seemed to be failing on a hardness change within the new snow. By themselves, these avalanches would have posed little hazard but due to the terrain and entrainment what started out as multiple small avalanches turned into one big fast moving debris pile. Skier was caught and carried, luckily was not buried.

Triggered multiple D.5-D1 storm slabs within spock right. Depth ranged from 10-15cm. As these small slabs entrained more snow and gained speed these small avalanches turned into one larger avalanche/debris pile (D2). Skier attempted to ski out/beat the slide but was caught and carried roughly 300 feet, coming to rest on top of the debris at about 7400'.
