Quick report

Another day with the snow globe in full agitation mode.  We had 14" new last night and picked up another 7" during the day today with 1.8" H2O.  Winds on Scarp averaged 45+ all day with a max gust of 99.6 MPH...Snow surfaces are a variety of scoured to ice, wind whales, wind slabs and some good powder skiing along trees and low angle sheltered areas. 

Weather

Wind and snow all day. A few breaks in the clouds but otherwise OVC. winds averaged 40-50 all day with a max gust of 99.6 recorded on scarp ridge. HST: 21" (1.8" SWE)

Snowpack

Snow was highly variable between pockets of thigh deep wind slab and scoured surfaces. Old tracks are frozen solid. Dirt layer formed in early hours of storm last night and is prominent across
the tenure. Isolated wind slabs in non-scoured areas
