Temp crust lurks

Rode Greely trees so you don't have to. Good skiing stops around 2000m with a breakable temperature crust underneath 15-25cm of low density new snow.

ECTN16 down 50cm, CTE5 SP down 35cm x2, CTM16 SP down 50cm x2. Breakable temperature crust down 20-25cm, 3cm thick with decomposing stellars 1mm underneath. Failure plane crystals looked like decomposing stellars 1-2mm.
