Hero's Knob

<p>Warm-ish and windy day at Hero's Knob. Winds were moderate with strong gusts while ascending the Hero's Knob ridge (2300m). We noted light snow transport loading East and North East aspects. Snow felt wind effected, but we didn't experience any cracking, whoomphing and did not get any slabs to propagate on test slopes. The surface hoar at 2000m we noted on Friday seems to be vastly reduced. We did not note any fresh avalanches.</p>
