Bonney Moraines

We had a great day skiing the Bonney Moraines. We skied mostly North aspects where the ski quality was quite good with minimal wind effect. On our way up to ski our first line we went for a little reconnaissance walk around the moraines to have a look around and found isolated pockets of windslab. We found one small slope on our way up that felt particularly hollow so we decided to back off and put our uptrack elsewhere (E aspect @ around 1900m).
We dug @ 2000m on a N/NE aspect before skiing our first line - and got two hard compression test results (23 and 29). We got almost identical non-planar breaks with both tests.
Wind was pretty minimal - we noticed some light gusts from the west later in the day. Overall a great day with better than expected ski quality!
