The North facing bowl was marginal (rocks just under new snow) and very variable thick wind slabs and the rain crust South bowl was good with 30cm plus of new snow and wind sift in a supportive base and then on rain crust lower down. Some signs of recent sluffing of steep rock faces and some old cornice collapse debris.
