Quick Observation

Skied early morning between first pump and Tim Jones peak and noticed that a natural avalanche cycle happened overnight in the steep (+45 degrees). On steep, unsupported slopes we could trigger small slabs. Snow depth was variable and wind affected in southern aspects. The biggest hazard that we encountered was the poor visibility and snow pits that were not filled in.
