Still good in the Trees
North Rockies

We spent the day at Bijoux riding in the trees to find those leftover pockets of untracked soft snow. In most areas, the surface was hard and wind-affected. Today the winds were light and we did not see any drifting snow. We did see surface hoar growing everywhere. It was getting mixed into the light snow that was falling. We did not have any significant results in our snowpack tests.
