Headed up the Illecillewaet Glacier today towards Youngs Peak. Turned around near forever young as the snow became more wind effected up higher. Great ski conditions below 2600m. Wind was blowing enough to erase our skin track on the glacier, but snow stayed good. Average HS on the glacier 200cm.
Some skier triggered D1 wind slab in glacier crest area.
Noticed a dry loose release from the steep terrain lookers left of Dogleg around 11:00.
