Began day treeline and below, snow was unaffected by wind here and was soft and deep. On a ridge feature at 2200m as we transitioned into alpine we began to see some slab forming on surface as the SE winds picked up. Here we dug a test pit and had results on a buried windslab down 30cm. (ECTP13 down 28 on faceting rounds). Cornices continue to grow.
