Vitners Ridge Bluewood

Dug pit on 20 deg north facing slope 46.07397, -117.86686. No reaction on CT but afterwards I put shovel behind column and with slight pressure it slid off crust 50cm deep. On the morning of the 4th we recieved an 1 of new snow then warmed that day, followed by 2ft + over the next 10 days which was the settled pack that slid with the shovel off the crust from the 4th. Snow pack @ 145cm, this area has some wind loading. Found multiple crust layers, snow below top 20 cm was 1F or P. Snow showed no signs of instablity skiing below pit and on other north and east facing slopes 20-30 deg.
