Quick report

We toured up Waterhouse today. There were numerous avalanches observed on small features, below treeline, The beds had refilled, leading us to believe they happened fairly early in the storm. Given the large number we saw, as well as the types of features they slid on, I'd guess these were all naturally triggered.

Weather

Temps were chilly, there was about 17" of new snow (estimated), winds were light with occasional moderate gusts. There is plenty of snow available for transport, but we saw few signs of transport in the very sheltered area where we traveled.
