Quick report
While skiing the nose, we observed a single track dropping into the 20th of June, which seemingly triggered a large avalanche. We cut left to check out the scene. While traversing through somewhat steep trees, I prompted a sliding 1' deep slab, probably 9' in length (mini version of what's pictured). Otherwise, the traverse was low consequence. We thought we observed a track coming out of the debris field but beacon checked and searched it just in case. Note the extensive crown line. Silly day to choose such a route. Otherwise, snow was heavy and deep. I didn't observe shooting cracks or slabs beyond what's recorded above. The cornices along the ridge are loaded!
