Quick report

CTM 20 RP 50cm down from snow surface ECTN 23 RP on same interface. Collapse but no propagation PST End on interface 50 cm down. Overall the storm snow interface we observed in the location we dug was very stable and seemed to be bonding well. Did not observe signs of instability

Partly cloudy in morning with light snow beginning around 12pm.

Snowpack

Storm snow from the past week was about 50 cm deep at the location we dug, and we were able to produce results on that layer. Below 50cm the snowpack was well consolidated and consistent down to the solstice crust.
