Quick report
Started skinning at 8am from upper Alpental parking lot. Moderate rain. Knew the skiing wasn't going to be good, but just wanted to get out for a winter 'hike' :) Reached Source Lake and overserved many wet slab avalanche debris, most likely from the last 24hrs. I saw the observations from 3/7 but looks like more slabs occurred overnight or early morning. A large wet slab occurred down the apron towards Source Lake, looked fresh, most likely from early morning Sunday. Be careful out there. Would be interesting to see how the snowpack will react with the forecasting incoming storm cycle Monday and Tuesday.
