Snowed all day. Deep, soft snow at BTL and TL. Evidence of slab avalanches was present. Shooting cracks and small slab avalanches were observed while riding today. Slab avalanches released above the logging roads from the plow in the morning just before we arrived, 10-20cm deep. We avoided defined avalanche paths, and tried to stick to less steep trees. Reactivity seemed to decrease through the day.

Snow conditions were: Deep powder, Wind affected. Weather conditions were: Stormy. We rode: Dense trees, Mellow slopes, Open trees. We avoided: Alpine slopes, Convex slopes, Steep slopes. Riding quality was amazing.

Avalache Conditions: Slab avalanches today or yesterday. 30cm + of new snow, or significant drifitng, or rain in the last 48 hours. Whumpfing or drum-like sounds or shooting cracks.
