Remotely triggered this avalanche on 50-100 feet away on flat terrain. This slope has been loaded by south winds creating a hard slab on top of the mid-November weak layer of facets. Remotely triggered slides are a major red flag. Additionally, I was surprised that this slide was so easily triggered with such a hard slab over the facets that makes it harder to trigger.
