Cathedral

Attempted cathedral today! There is a decent track up the forest (thanks for whoever put it in). Had good steps up the couloir. Observed 10-20cm of soft snow on top of a hard interface throughout the alpine. Did observe some cracking on a steeper slope with some wind loading. Turned around at the toe of the glacier as the winds were strong and made the chilly day too dangerous to continue. Beautiful though
