- <p>Observed cracking in areas with poor substructure. No movement. Overall the snowpack in this zone is still on the thin side with bushes and debris barely hidden or poking up through the surface. Weakest snow is NSF just above buried rain crust from Nov about 12cm above the ground. </p>

Wind affected snow was much denser and slabier while sheltered snow was cold and low density.
