Quick report
Ascended TRT to hermit lake (~3800ft). During ascent we observed signs of a warming snowpack. From 3400ft. we saw pinwheels and rollerballs most notably in snowfield of summer lion head. We experienced inverted temperatures. We avoided avalanche terrain as planned and these observations led us to believe the snowpack was trending towards instability
