Quick report

Toured up standard Tenderfoot access to the first bump above treeline. Snowing the whole time of our tour, accumulated probably 5-8cm by 3p. Active wind transport observed, depositing snow on the south side of the ridge. Did not observe any cracking or slab characteristics in that fresh wind deposited snow, but we also didn’t get too high or poke at it on anything very steep. No formal instability tests or snow profile performed. Precip was snow at Cooper Landing at 11:45a. Rain at Tern Lake at 12:00p. Rainline was just a little ways up the hill near Jerome Lake (elevation 950’). At tenderfoot between 12:30 and 3p it was all snow, mostly S1 with pulses of S2 - S3.
