Quick report
1606 AKST. Wednesday. 36F at Seward Hwy elevation. Mixed Rain/Snow. Not much wind. This observation does not seem to be an avalanche. I think that it is melting. It was getting dark and there was a low cloud ceiling. I did not notice other fresh activity, but there were other spots that seemed to have melted to the point that the snow pack is rough like this one.
