Quick report
Rain driving toward the pass, but snowflakes at Tincan parking! Toured up in wet snowflakes, had to remove skis and boot around an icy section on the skin up. At mid elevation above treeline, we transitioned for a short lap down, and had a ~6 ft wide section of snow slide on a short steep rollover, new snow sliding on mid-elevation crust. No cracking or collapsing the rest of the tour. The sky cleared up, and we enjoyed a second lap of soft turns from Tincan common.
