Trigger Detail
Unintentionally Triggered

As we were coming down (shortly before and after noon) from the main summit couloir, we observed the remnants of a natural avalanche to the east of the saddle, in the steeper slopes with a roughly western aspect. I cannot say how deep it broke, but it looked to be about six inches deep and maybe twenty feet wide. I am unsure when it occurred. Hiking down from the saddle, we saw multiple point release avalanches, although none were very large, and around Blister Hill, noticed the snowpack was wrinkled and appeared ready to go on roughly north/northwest facing aspects.
