Traveling solo. Recent snow of at least 6 Inches occur the night before. Almost constant, collapsing of the snow pack observed. I was aware of these things and shows a very conservative route and was hyper aware of avalanche, prone slopes in my vicinity. Weather was light, snow and consistent wind between five and 15 miles an hour. As I was traveling near the avalanche site, I realized that the slope above me was a potential spot for an avalanche so I steered wide. As soon as I heard the layer below me collapse, I expected the face to Be remotely triggered and slide which it did.

E SE Aspect, occurred around 1400, remotely triggered by backcountry skier, no one caught. Avalanche with was approximately 80 feet wide with a crown of approximately 12-18 inches. Avalanche traveled 600 to 1200 feet.
