Quick report
Retraced my steps from two days ago on a walk about to avalanche lake where I noticed a recent large natural avalanche on the N facing slope below the little Matterhorn. Probably failed towards the end of the day yesterday.

Wet avalanche that I’m guessing released yesterday or overnight on the N facing slope underneath the Little Matterhorn. I was admiring the skiability of this slope only two days ago!
