Touchy storm slab on NRC

We toured NRC gullies on saturday 15th. Some whumps on our way up the track. Turned around at around 2000m. At around 1600m while trying to avoid a gully feature we released a 10m wide slab failing at 80cm storm layer, running about 10m partially burrying 1 rider at the gully floor. Very difficult boot packing out trying not to release anything else. If it occured little higher the consequence may have been much worse. Be careful out there...
