Saw two avalanches after they occurred. They were in steep ravines along the trail about 70% slope. The trail across the ravines was there when hiking east and an hour later the trail was gone where the ravines were. The slides were 20' wide and 300' down.
I've attached a picture standing on the trail looking down a ravine before it let loose!
