Thar Peak

Headed to Thar Peak and the riding wasn't half bad - some light snow over a crust. It was our first time here. Spotted three old avalanches that looked to be natural - one near the skin track up, one quite far away, and the other off a cliff on Nak Peak. We also dug a pit and the snow had good stability, the first layer (sun crust) ECT at 11 but after that stable - probed our way up the mountain and hit from 225cm - 290cm
